華星東方公司承建的湖南省衡陽市衡陽縣生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化工程于2024年12月10日通過72+24小時試運行。

The flue gas cleaning project of the solid waste incineration power generation plant in Hengyang, Hunan Province, undertaken by HEPT, has passed a 72hour + 24-hour trial operation since 10th. Dec 2024.

該項目設(shè)計規(guī)模日焚燒處理垃圾600噸，配置1x600t/d焚燒爐+1×12MW純凝式汽輪機。煙氣處理采用“半干法（旋轉(zhuǎn)霧化半干反應(yīng)塔）+干法（噴射消石灰）+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵器”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。

The design scale of this incineration project is 600-ton per day, equipped with 1x600t/d incinerator +1×12MW pure condensing turbine. Flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas cleaning process of "semi-dry method (rotary atomization semi-dry reactor) + dry method (spray slaking lime) + activated carbon spray + bag dust collector", all of which have been supplied by HEPT.
